- Construction specialties: foundations, basements, all phases of concrete construction and concrete cutting, demolition, site excavation and grading, farm site cleanups, greenhouse construction
- Salvaged building materials: new and used lumbers, old barn woods, timbers, planks, doors, windows, trim, beadboard, fir and hardwood floorings, siding, cedars, red brick, granite countertops, sinks, veneer backdrops, electrical fixtures and conduit, plumbing fixtures, pipe, fittings, clawfoot tubs
- "Art Department": unique metal for crafts and art, stone wine racks, rough cut lumber garden benches, cedar flower boxes, custom gates, precast colored and stone stamped concrete steps, drilled rock planters, vintage flooring, interior and exterior doors, retaining wall rock cages

- Accepts scrap metal items dropped off for recycling during hours of operation
- New to the yard includes real stone and red brick veneer for hearths, backsplash, and interior wall applications
